What We Collect

When you use MileLedger without signing in, all trip data stays in your browser's local storage. Nothing is sent to our servers.

When you create an account and sign in, we store your trip logs, vehicle details, and account email on secure servers (Supabase) to enable cross-device sync. We collect only what is needed to provide the service.

How We Use Your Data

• Provide mileage logging and reporting features
• Sync trip data across your devices when signed in
• Process payments via Polar (our payment provider)

Third-Party Services

• Google Analytics — anonymous usage analytics, subject to your cookie consent
• Google AdSense — ads shown to free users with cookie consent (Pro users see no ads)
• Polar — payment processing for Pro subscriptions
• Supabase — database hosting for signed-in user data

Cookies

We use a cookie consent banner for UK/EU visitors. Analytics and advertising cookies are only set after you consent. A small consent-preference cookie is stored on the cashewcrate.com domain so your choice carries across our apps.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your trip data is kept as long as your account is active. You can export all your data as CSV at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, email support@cashewcrate.com.
